Patricia Lucille Gallagher, 87, of Niles, died Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.
She was born Feb. 2, 1925, in Niles to Paul Andrew and Ursela Marie (Terbille) Wellingham. On March 11, 1950, she married James Bengt Gallagher, he preceded her in death on Feb. 10, 2008.
Pat was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Niles and member of Niles Elks Lodge 1322. She worked for Skyline Corporation for many years during the 1960s and lived in Ft. Myers, Fla., for 15 years.
Pat is survived by her son, Jon (Sonya) Gallagher of Niles; daughter, Jan (John) Bralick, of Union; granddaughters, Jamier Bralick and Jill Bralick, both of Union, Rachel (Phillip) Orue of South Bend and Megan Gallagher of Niles; great-grandchildren, Giovanni and Xabi Orue; and two sisters, Mary Robinson of Mount Prospect, Ill., and Paula Baum of Loveland, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her husband James; her parents; and sister, Bev Magness.
A memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles, is assisting with arrangements.
