Woodland Terrace to host Michigan Country Hall of Fame artist

Michigan Country Music Hall of Fame artist Danny Paul will be performing on Saturday at Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow in Niles.

The show starts at 2 p.m. at 13 Longmeadow Village Drive, Niles.

In his long career, Paul, a native of Flint, has opened for several Nashville artists, including George Jones, Bill Monroe and Boxcar Willie.

In addition, Paul has performed throughout the country at various fairs, festivals, casinos, retirement communities and churches.

He has made several appearances on radio and television, including “Midnight Jamboree,” which is broadcast live from Nashville, Tenn., on WSM 650 AM immediately following the Grand Ole Opry every Saturday night.
