Cass County residents are encouraged to take part in a memory exercise that allows them to write out their life story with the Life Writing/Autobiography class at the Cass County Council on Aging.

The class provides assistance in tackling the book of self-discovery, allowing even first-time writers to get their thoughts on paper in an organized, meaningful way.

Participants can share their stories for generations to come, or keep them to themselves if they prefer.

The class meets from 9 a.m. to noon for 10 Wednesdays, beginning Sept. 5. The class costs $75 per person. It is taught by Dona Billey-Weiler, CSA, director of Life Enrichment at the Council on Aging.

Space is limited. Interested persons are asked to call the Council on Aging at (800) 323-0390 or (269) 445-8110 to reserve a place in the class.
