Glenn E. Fisher, 76, of Niles, passed away at home Aug. 15, 2012, with his family by his side.
Glenn was born July 7, 1936, to the late Elmer and Nancy (Coulter) Fisher in Millville, Pa. He was one of nine children. For 27 years, Glenn worked as a maintenance man for the Sacred Heart Convent in Detroit.
He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings: James, Rachel, Mary and Harry.
Glenn is survived by his wife, Rita (Clark) Fisher, of Niles; daughters, Summer McDaniels, of Niles, Lucy (Mark) Heyn, of Niles, Terri (Tim) Little, of Riverview, Fla., and Norma (Larry) Yazell, of Melbourn, Fla.; grandson, James Fisher, of New York City, and 11 other grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bessie Fleisher, of Lockport, N.Y., Louise Conway, of Pennsylvania, Charles Fisher, of Pennsylvania, and Robert Fisher, of Georgia.
Glenn has been cremated and his family will be hosting a memorial service at a later time.
