Bender-Quartironi

Alison Bender and John Quartironi, of Raleigh, N.C., announce their engagement and forthcoming wedding.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Amy and Steve Bender and granddaughter of Donald and Margaret Bender. She is a 2004 Buchanan High School graduate and attended St. Mary’s, where she majored in education. She is a nanny and medical sales assistant.

The groom-to-be is the son of Anna Milone and Dan Quartironi. He attended St. John Fisher and is employed as a financial institution specialist with FDIC.

The couple will be married Nov. 23, 2012, in Buffalo, N.Y.

 

Copper-Ferguson

Kayla Copper and Jake Ferguson, of Niles, announce their recent engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Karen and Rodney Copper. She graduated from Niles High School in 2006 and Grand Valley State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in animal science. She is employed by Briarfield K-9 Sanctuary.

The groom-to-be is the son of Joe Ferguson and Stephanie Holland and the stepson of Phil Holland. He graduated from Niles High School in 2008 and from Western Michigan University in 2012 (cum laude) with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed by Ferguson Enterprises.

A fall 2013 wedding is planned.
