All-Stars a perfect 15-0

The Dowagiac 10U All-Stars wrapped up a perfect 15-0 tournament season in which it won three championships. The Dowagiac 10U All-Star team recently won the Coloma Tournament to wrap up an undefeated season.

The All-Stars won all three of the tournaments they competed in this season and were 15-0. The team outscored its opponents 336-158 and averaged 15.7 runs per game, while holding their opponents to just over three runs per contest.

Dowagiac averaged 22 hits per game to its opponents 10.5.

The team was sponsored by Airlink Home Care of Kalamazoo and Kalamazoo Valley Chiropractic.

At the Coloma tourney, Dowagiac defeated Paw Paw Red 5-4, South Haven 22-2 and host Coloma 8-1 to advance to the championship game.

Dowagiac defeated Paw Paw Red 3-1 in the finals.
