Fifty-seven-year-old New York resident William Reed, and his son William Reed, 20, also of New York, were northbound on Dailey Road when Reed proceeded into the intersection with oncoming traffic.

Twenty-five-year-old Dowagiac resident Erika Weber was transported by ambulance to Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac, where she was then transferred to Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo for further treatment.

She is in stable condition.

Reed’s son was transported to Borgess-Lee in Dowagiac and also later released.
