What type of business do you operate — what you sell, services provided? We run a restaurant. We have a wide variety, including all different types of Vienna hot dogs, hamburgers, Italian and Philly beef, several different sandwiches, fries, onion rings, old-fashioned spindled shakes … We always try to make sure our service is fast and food is good. We all enjoy our customers.

What sets your business apart from similar ventures? We serve Vienna beef hot dogs. We make our patties for our hamburger fresh every day. They are ground chuck. Our service is great. I strive to be the best with every aspect.

What customers do you reach? We have a variety of people who come in. Most of them love hot dogs. They love the Chicago style. Then we have the folks who like to keep the mom and pops open.

How does the future look? We have made it 20 years now. I would have to say we will be here for a while longer.

Recognition/awards: We got Best of the Best for eight years in the hot dog category.
