Betty Louise Sink, 64, of Cassopolis, passed away at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo July 12, 2012.

Betty’s life began Aug. 10, 1947, in Batesville, Ark., the daughter of John and

Allie (Hightower) Ingram. Betty graduated from Eau Claire High School in 1967. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting and spending time with grandkids and family.

Betty’s family includes her daughters, Ronda Godshalk, of Cassopolis, and Hope Sheppard, of Niles; grandchildren, Ciara, Torry, Alyssa, Grace, Justin, Robert, Claudia and Isabella; great grandchildren, Mariah, Skylar and Marissa; and sister, Bessie Joyner.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George and James Lawrence; and grandchildren, Jacob and Gabrielle.

Her family will gather with friends on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. at Yazel & Clark Chapel. Burial will take place in Shanghai Cemetery.
