Kenneth D. Purdy, 67, went to heaven July 2, 2012, at 12:10 p.m.

Kenny married Billie J. (Jones) Purdy on Aug. 20, 1994.

He is survived by one son, Micheal (Jody) Purdy; one stepson, Raymond Brown; and one daughter; Kathleen (Paul) Peterson; two sisters, Caroline Kern and Beverly Dahl; one brother Bill Purdy; seven grandchildren, Dustin, Kenny, Brittany, Casey, Mike, Brandi and Samantha; and four great-grandchildren; Dustin, Owen Steven and Emma.

He is preceded in death by parents, Edith and Carol Purdy; daughter, Deana; and stepson, Gary Brown.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. Cremation has taken place.
