April and Matt Resanovich, of Cassopolis, are the parents of a son, born July 3, 2012, at Lakeland-Niles. He weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.

April is also the parent of another son, Kaden, 13.

Maternal grandparents are Richard Drake and Al and Debbie Lewandowski, of Dowagiac. Paternal grandparents are Larry and Sara Park, of Cassopolis; and the late Stephen Resanovich. Maternal great-grandparents are Ruby Moore and Lois Speck, of Dowagiac. Paternal great-grandparents are Doris Loupee, of Cassopolis; and the late Charles Loupee.
