Ronald L. Garrett, 67, of Edwardsburg, passed to his rest May 31, 2012, at his home.
He was born Oct. 17, 1944, in Chicago, the son of Robert and Modelle (Pennington) Garrett.
He was a former Henry County, Tenn., resident and worked in drywall in the construction trade. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Surviving is his sister, Diane (Mike) Shankle, of Springville, Tenn.; a sister-in-law, Betty Garrett, of Cottage Grove, Tenn.; a niece, Kim (Joe) Gwaltney; and five nephews, Kenny (Kate) Rhodes, Scott (Angel) Shankle, David (Michelle) Garrett and Les and Ricky Garrett.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Dixie Garrett and Bob Garrett.
Cremation has taken place. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Paris, Tenn.
