CENTREVILLE — The Dowagiac golf team will advance to the Division 3 Regional Tournament next week after finishing second in the district event Thursday.

The Chieftains shot 355 to finish behind district champion Coloma, which shot 352.

Dowagiac’s Jordan Juday earned medalist honors as he finished with an 18-hole total of 75.

The Chieftains also got an 82 from Cody Fairleigh, which was the third best round of the day, a 97 from Andrew Wild, a 101 from Jon Robinson and a 108 from Christian Hess.
