James L. Rink, 60, of Cassopolis, died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at his residence in Cassopolis.
He was born Nov. 3, 1951, in Goshen, Ind., to Guy and Edna Marie (Hedington) Rink.  He married Lois Elliott on June 20, 1981, in Goshen.

James was a country boy who enjoyed his John Deere tractors. He was a member of the St. Joseph Valley Old Engine Club.
James will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Lois (Elliott) Rink, of Cassopolis; one sister, Lily Hunley of Goshen; one brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Debra Rink, of Rolling Prairie, Ind.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will gather Sunday, May 27, at 8 a.m. for Christs’ street ministries breakfast at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 100 Miller St., Dowagiac, with Pastour Kevin D. Mitchell officiating. Mr. Rink will be laid to rest in Chapel Hill Cemetery in Osceola, Ind.
