Doug Schaffer will join the college as its director of admissions and recruitment
He will also become head coach of the men’s basketball team.
Schaffer previously served as director of intercollegiate athletics at LMC for eight years before assuming his current role of four years as executive director of The Boys and Girls Club of Benton Harbor.
