More than 300 students from 20 districts will compete in the Middle School Math Meet May 8 at Southwestern Michigan College, Dowagiac.
“Sixty teams of five students each will participate in this event,” said Brian Wood, of Lewis Cass ISD, one of three coordinators for the event. “Cass, St. Joseph and Van Buren counties have shared the responsibility of creating this outstanding event for the children in this area. This is another example of ISDs and local districts collaborating to do what counts for kids.”
Cassopolis, Dowagiac, Edwardsburg, Burr Oak, Centreville, Colon, Constantine, Mendon, Nottawa, Sturgis, Three Rivers, White Pigeon, Gobles, Hartford, Lawrence, Lawton, Mattawan, Paw Paw, South Haven and Berrien Springs districts will compete.
