The Edwardsburg Memorial Day Festival and Parade, “A Day of Remembering,” will be held May 28 downtown.
The parade will begin at 11 a.m. and the festival will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The fire department is in charge of the parade. To participate, call 663-2160. People gather along U.S. Highway 12 to watch the parade. There will be a short flag ceremony at the museum on Main Street. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.
The Edwardsburg Area Chamber of Commerce is in charge of the festival. To rent a booth for $25, call (574) 343-3721 or 663-2244 for an application. The Chamber is seeking vendors for artwork, woodcrafters, jewelry makers, sewing crafts, quilts, business information, children’s games, food and rides.
