Two meth arrests in Newberg

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces that March 13, two subjects were arrested after an investigation into methamphetamine production and stolen property in the 11,000 block of Born Street in Newburg Township of Cass County.
A search warrant was executed at the property and investigators located two adults inside the residence. Detectives found components to manufacture methamphetamine, used and discarded meth lab materials, methamphetamine, marijuana and meth paraphernalia and suspected stolen property.
The two subjects were arrested at the scene. An adult female subject was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. The second person, an adult male, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and loitering in a drug house.
