C. Clayton “Clay” Blevins, 68, of Battle Creek, Mich., passed away peacefully Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Battle Creek, following a lengthy illness. Arrangements are pending and have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles.
