A juvenile has been charged with second-degree homicide in the shooting death of a 21-year-old in Pipestone Township early Wednesday.
David Quinn died after being shot at 3:24 a.m. in the 5400 block of Shanghai Road, north of Eau Claire.
A juvenile has been arrested and lodged in the Berrien County Juvenile Center.
The Berrien County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by Michigan State Police Post 53 and the Michigan State Police, Forensic Science Division.
