Trish Brazo and Jessica Kehrer are organizing Dowagiac Chamber of Commerce’s 11th annual Easter Eggstravaganza March 31. The rain date will be April 7.
City Council Monday night gave approval to temporarily close Beeson Street while children hunt for 4,000 plastic eggs stuffed with 8,000 pieces of wrapped candy.
Miss Dowagiac 2012 and her court, who will be crowned Feb. 11, will judge the “Be a Bunny” costume contest. Families can take pictures with the Easter Bunny.
