CASSOPOLIS — Cass County commissioners Thursday made the following appointments and reappointments:
• Appoint Freeman “Fritz” Lambright of Edwardsburg to the Economic Development Corp. board for a term ending Sept. 30, 2018.
• Appoint Lorenne Towne of Dowagiac to the Parks and Recreation Commission for a term ending Jan. 1, 2015.
• Reappoint Silver Creek Township Supervisor Bill Saunders and Marie Anderson to the Land Preservation Board for terms ending Jan. 31, 2016.
• Reappoint Robert Short to the Veterans Advisory Committee for a term ending March 31, 2015.
• Reappoint Ruth Newton to the Woodlands Behaviorial Healthcare Network Board for a term ending March 31, 2015.
