Chandra Hiter of Niles is the winner of Leader Publications’ “Big Event” contest.
She chose a $250 gas card from U.S. 31 Tobacco for her prize.
Participants in the “Big Event” must locate balloons in the Leader ads and provide a list of which ads contained balloons.
Hiter’s name was drawn at random from a pool of applicants who had the correct answers.
