Dowagiac CIty Council Monday night will hear a presentation by Cass County Road Commission Manager Louis Csokasy about the proposed road improvement millage on the Feb. 28 ballot.
Council meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 241 South Front St.
Also on Monday’s agenda are a motion to accept 2010-11 audited financial statements to place on file; a resolution of intent to apply for funding and to approve a projected 2013 Dial-a-Ride budget in accordance with the Michigan Department of Transportation master contract; and a resolution to direct the city treasurer to pay payroll of $124,673.
