Cass County Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant Wednesday in the 69000 block of Union Road in Porter Township.
Two adults, who were found in the home, were taken into custody.
A search of the residence by investigators yielded evidence of used one-pot methamphetamine labs, methamphetamine manufacturing materials, methamphetamine and multiple firearms.
A minor child was found to be living at the residence. Child Protective Services was called to the scene and the child was taken into protective custody.
The two adults, one male and one female, were lodged at Cass County Jail in Cassopolis for manufacturing methamphetamine within 500 feet of a residence, manufacturing methamphetamine, possessions of firearms while in the commission of a felony, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug house and production of hazardous waste. This matter remains under investigation.
