Berrien County Animal Control will host a holiday party for residents to celebrate Christmas with the animals.

The event, Christmas Carols for Canines and Cats,  will be a supply drive. The agency is accepting donations of  cat litter, pet food, collars, bleach, dish soap, laundry detergent, brooms, towels, blankets and cat and dog toys. Monetary donations are also welcome.

Attendees may take dogs for a walk and visit with the pets. They can also adopt pets. Refreshments will be served.
Christmas Carols for Canines and Cats takes place 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 9204 Huckleberry Rd. in Berrien Center.
