Lakeland HealthCare will offer a flu shot clinic from 7 to 10 a.m. Dec. 2 at Niles-Buchanan YMCA/Lakeland Rehabilitation Services, 905 North Front St., Niles.
The 2011-2012 vaccine provides protection against H1N1 influenza as well as types A and B influenza. The clinic is open to adults age 18 and over. Pregnant women must have a physician note to receive a flu shot. The vaccines are $30, payable by cash, credit card or Medicare Part B (card must be present).
