Trey Nichols, who faces charges in a sex extortion case, has been arrested and was booked at the Berrien County Jail Friday. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Details about the arrest were not available at presstime.
Nichols is one of five Niles teens charged in a sex extortion case. A jury trial will be held in December.
One defendant, Martise Washington, was found guilty by jury last week of all seven counts. Another defendant, Leon Murphy, pleaded guilty and will be sentenced Dec. 5.
A jury trial for Martell Miller and Parnell Martin is scheduled for Nov. 29.
