The Veterans Day celebration in Cassopolis is at 11:30 a.m. Friday.
Activities include a memorial service at the veterans’ memorial garden on the west side of the Cass County Council on Aging building as well as lunch and guest speaker.
Veterans may call ahead to receive free lunch following the memorial service (all others may purchase lunch for about $5).
The guest speaker is a member of the Army National Guard in Kalamazoo.
