Niles City Council members Bruce Williams and Betty Arndt attended their final city council meeting as city officials Monday. Both are not seeking re-election.

Scott Clark is the only candidate for the 4th Ward seat, currently held by Williams. And 20-year-old David Mann is the only candidate for the 3rd Ward post, held by Arndt.

The election takes place Nov. 8.
