Tom and Doris Kennedy

Tom and Doris (Zechlin) Kennedy celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Oct. 9, 2011. They were married at the St. Mary’s Church in

Niles.  Tom was employed with the New York Central Railroad for 38 years. Doris was secretary to Walter J. Zable, principal of Niles High School, for 10 years and also worked at the Funk Insurance Agency for eight years. She retired from Clark Equipment Co. as executive secretary after 17 years. Tom and Doris will have a celebration with their family. Their daughter, Kathleen A. Miller, and son-in-law, Peter, reside in Saginaw, Mich.  Tom and Doris are also very proud of their grandchildren: Amy Miller (John) Jepson, Amanda Miller,  and Andy Miller.
