At Brandywine Elementary a musician, Rick Kelley, inspires students to be a leader. Kelley inspires students by singing songs about being

a leader and reading.
“You can escape a situation by reading,” Kelley says to the students,“That your a leader no matter what, whether if you know it or not.” Kelley also talked about “A.W.E.” which means A for action, W for will, and E for empathy. “A person with a strong will, will never give up,” says Kelley. Also Kelley asked for two kids from each class to dance while he performed a song. Kelley performed nine songs to the students while at Brandywine Elementary School.
