The Cass County Great Start 0-5 Program will host monthly play groups starting in October.
The theme for this month’s play group is “Busy Day at the Farm.” All children ages 0-5 are invited to attend with a parent or caregiver.  Activities will be centered around a farm theme and include games, coloring, imaginative play, preschool skill development, snacks, take-home activities and recipes. Each family will also take home one book per month.
The following play groups are scheduled:
• Wednesday, Oct. 5, Marcellus Elementary School, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
• Monday, Oct.  10, Edwardsburg Primary School, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
• Wednesday, Oct.  12, Squires Elementary, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, Oct.  18, Sister Lakes Elementary, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
• Thursday, Oct.  20, Patrick Hamilton Elementary, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
