Don and Charlotte DeFreez

Don and Charlotte (Wruck) DeFreez of Buchanan celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Sept. 1. They were married

Sept. 1, 1951 in Indiana.
Don is retired from National Standard.
Charlotte was a homemaker and stay-at-home mom.
The DeFreezes have lived in the Buchanan area all their lives.
Their children are Donnie (Nancy) DeFreez of Galien; Diana (Phil) Masten of Niles; Pam (Brian) Marshall of Galien; Ronnie (Veda) DeFreez of Galien; and Sharon DeFreez of Buchanan.
They have seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
