CASSOPOLIS — Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports his deputies handled a personal-injury crash on Redfield Street at Kline Road in Milton Township at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17.

Lorin Thompson, 20, of Edwardsburg, was driving west on Redfield when she lost control of her car, crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound car driven by Danielle Livingood, 20, of Vandalia.

Thompson was treated on scene for injuries sustained in the crash.

Livingood’s daughter, Constance Kosloski, 4, of Vandalia, was injured in the crash and transported to St. Joe Hospital in Mishawaka, Ind.

Danielle was uninjured in the crash.

Edwardsburg police, fire and ambulance assisted deputies at the scene. Seatbelts and child restraints were worn at the time of the accident.
