Downtown Niles was revved up Wednesday night with the second “Bring It” car and motorcycle show on North Third Street.
Marc Milhander, owner of The Kar Club Inc. and event organizer, said the first cruise-in held in June was a “huge, phenomenal” success with 65 vehicles on display.
“It definitely motivated us to have another one,” he said.
Again, there were more than 60 hotrods, classic cars, muscle cars and motorcycles featured Wednesday.
More than 100 people came to the event to gawk at cars, listen to tunes and try food from downtown businesses like Third Street Pizza, Paris Soda Shop and Veni’s. Prizes were awarded for best in show
Milhander says if turnout continues to boom, he would like to see the cruise-in become a weekly event.
