The canoes will be displayed on the University of Evansville campus during the competition and all form judging and presentations will take place at the university.

The concrete canoe races, including men’s and women’s slalom/endurance and sprint races, will take place Saturday, June 18 at Audubon State Park in nearby Henderson, Ky.

The top three overall winners will receive trophies and academic scholarships ranging from $1,500 to $5,000.
Scholarship recipients will be determined by the local ASCE student organization.

The fourth and fifth place overall winners will receive commemorative plaques.

Plaques also will be awarded to the top team in eight individual categories including Best Design Paper, Best Oral Presentation, and Spirit of Competition.
