Charges have been added to three defendants in the case of five Niles teens accused of sexually assaulting a female.

Martise Washington, Martell Miller and Parnell Martin appeared in Berrien County Court in St. Joseph today for a pre-exam. The additional charges include criminal sexual conduct.

The victim testified today in court. The pre-exam will continue Thursday.
