Bob and Helen Mesko from Niles were married Jan. 28, 1961 at the Methodist church in Cassopolis.

The couple has four children: Gail Hertsel (Danny), Janet Francis (Reid), Nancy Audas (Rick) and Robert Mesko (Nikki); 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The Meskos met at a dance at Newton Woods hall.
The family will have a celebration with family and friends at an open house/reception Sunday, April 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Methodist church in Cassopolis.
