SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Springsteen Realty, with two locations in Dowagiac and Sister Lakes, has merged with Cressy & Everett Real Estate.

Dave Springsteen, Bruce Springsteen, Rich Accoe and Dawn Russo, realtors formerly with Springsteen Realty, have joined Cressy and Everett Real Estate’s Sister Lakes and Dowagiac offices.

The two Springsteen Realty locations, one at 702 N. Front St., Dowagiac, the other at 92055 C.R. 690, Dowagiac, are now closed.

Bruce Springsteen and Rich Accoe have moved to Cressy and Everett’s town office at 701 Spruce St., Dowagiac.

He’s a lifetime member of the multi-million club in MLS and is a top producer in listings and sales.

Dave specializes in lake and residential properties and vacant land development. Dave is past president of Habitat for Humanity of Cass County. He is active with Cass County Council on Aging by building wheel chair ramps for the elderly.

Bruce Springsteen, associate broker, established the firm more than 30 years ago in Dowagiac.

Bruce is a past board member of the Southwest Michigan Board of Realtors and a lifetime member of the multi-million dollar club.

Richard Accoe, realtor, has been selling real estate for the past 10 years and is a recipient of the Life Silver Award from the Southwest Michigan Board of Realtors.
