NILES — Raymond Parker, 83, of Brick Street, Niles, passed away at his home on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, with his family by his side.

Arrangements are pending with Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services and Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, both of Niles.
