Cynthia Marie Whetstone, 57, of Cassopolis, passed to her rest Nov. 14, 2010 at Borgess-Lee Memorial Hospital, Dowagiac.

She was born Aug. 25, 1953 in South Bend. Cynthia worked in wood-working and painting for the RV industry. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, partner and daughter.

Surviving are her children, Karla Harnich of Cassopolis, Jeff Hibshman of Elkhart, Amber Hawley of Cassopolis, Pearl Fanderburg of Edwardsburg, Julie James of South Bend, Jessie Jerrell of Florida, Donald Ashcraft, Jr. of Portage, Mich. and Joseph Biggs of Edwardsburg; her partner, April Biggs of Cassopolis; mother, Jacqueline Hibshman of Cassopolis; and 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; siblings, Frankie Hibshman, Diana Biggs, Delores Nelson, Elaine Robbins, Jodie and Lorraine.

Cremation has taken place.
