Rosette Emery, 81, of Granger, Ind., passed away Nov. 3, 2010 at her home of natural causes.

She was born July 11, 1929 in South Bend to Frank Kolanowski and Kathlyn Brink. She was married in 1949 to Donald Emery; he died in 2001. She was also preceded in death by a son, David Craig Emery, who died in 1993; and three brothers, Clarence, Virgil and Jim Kolanowski.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary (David) Catanzarite of South Bend; three grandchildren; and a sister, Peggy (John) Vrydaghs of Colorado.

There will be no services. A private burial is planned in Adamsville Cemetery alongside her husband and son.

Cremation has taken place.
