Faith Schultz passed away before birth at 5:14 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. Her parents are Matthew and Kimberly Schultz of 1982 Baldwin Rd., Niles.

A graveside service will be held at noon Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010 at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Niles.

Burial will be at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
