Melody (Spaulding) Seely, 54, died March 9, 2010.

The family of Melody requests the presence of family and friends at her memorial service, Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Christ Chapel, 3402 Locust Rd., South Bend, Ind.

A meal will be provided for all who can come at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 5, after the service. They will gather at Old Country Buffet, 5540 Grape Rd., Mishawaka, Ind.
