Cass County commissioners reappointed former commissioner Richard Accoe to the Solid Waste Planning Committee on June 17, for a term ending June 1, 2012.

Commissioners also appointed Janet Hall of Cassopolis to the Cass County Planning Commission, her term ending July 31, 2010.

An educator, Hall has taught in public schools, Ivy Tech in South Bend, Ind., and Lake Michigan College at Bertrand Crossing.

She is serving her second elected term on the Cassopolis school board.
