Niles tennis tunes up with win over Coloma

In its final tuneup before regionals, the Niles girls tennis team took care of business against Coloma Wednesday, sweeping the doubles flight en route to a 5-3 victory.

Rachel Horn, playing at number one singles, earned the only victory in singles for the Vikings over Erin Cross 6-3, 4-6, 6-1.

The No. 4 doubles team of Paxton Schaller and Tearah Hutcheson didn’t lose a game in its win over Carlee Sharma and Iris Suasto.
