The Dowagiac varsity tennis team dropped a 6-2 Wolverine Conference decision to visiting Paw Paw Thursday afternoon at the Dowagiac Middle School tennis facility.

Casey Collins defeated Kendra Cook 6-1 and 6-3 at No. 3 singles for the Chieftains.
Dowagiac’s No. 1 doubles team of Alyssa Greenwood and Breneesha Jones defeated Anella Cooper and Laura Hill 6-4 and 6-3 for the Chieftains’ other victory.

Dowagiac was scheduled to host Lake Michigan Catholic in a non-conference match today, but that match has been postponed until later this month.
