Lois Baugher, 95 / May 18, 1914 – April 26, 2010

Lois J. Baugher, 95, of Edwardsburg, formerly of Mishawaka, passed away at 3:20 p.m., Monday, April 26, 2010 in her home.
Lois was born on May 18, 1914 in Mishawaka to the late Charles and Alma (Ebie) Geyer.  On Feb. 6, 1937, she married Joseph Baugher.  He passed away on March 14, 1977.
She is survived by two children, Richard (Geraldine) Baugher, of Holland, Mich. and Patricia (Neil) Klockow, of Granger; four grandchildren, David Baugher, of Atlanta, Ga., Dawn Rayborn, of Albemarle, N.C., Kathleen Westgate, of Cassopolis and Michael Klockow, of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; and five great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by a sister in law, Virginia Geyer, of Mishawaka, Ind.
Lois was co-owner/operator of Baugher Sports Center, Edwardsburg from 1949 to 1963.  She then went on to retire from Keggeries Supply. She was an avid bridge player, playing with the same bridge club for more than 50 years.  She was very active and enjoyed many sports.  She loved the Chicago Cubs and butterflies.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 30, 2010 in the funeral home with burial to follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.  Dr. William Hemmig will officiate.
