Men’s league wraps up year

The Niles Mens’ Basketball League concluded its second season with an eight-team single elimination tournament.

The Indiana All-Stars defeated Green Structure Supply 62-50. The All-Stars were led by former University of Wisconsin-Stout standout Luke Maher with 20 points and 11 rebounds.

Former Cassopolis and Lake Michigan College player Rodney Lee had 16 points and six assists, while former Jimtown standout Billy McClendon added 11.

Other team members were Larry Scally, Chris Stockbridge and Pat Sullivan.

Green Structure Supply was led by former Brandywine and IUSB center Tony McKee’s 12 points and eight rebounds.

Dan Applegate added 11 points and former Dowagiac standout athlete Zech Hoyt added 10.

The Niles Men’s League is run by the varsity boys’ basketball staff.
